Craig and Cavin provided us with excellent service. They reminded me of what service used to be like back in the day – they are caring, patient, professional, courteous, and very prompt. How refreshing to have someone servicing your house who actually shows up when they say they will and gets done what they said they would do and does it all with excellence and pride in their work. They’ve set out to be a different kind of company and are succeeding. For example, we had two areas subject to water exposure and frankly didn’t know how badly. They concluded that mold was an issue in one (we could see that) but that the other was now dry and mold free. They could easily have bilked us out of dollars but that’s just not their style. Straight shooters who tell it like it is, give very competitive rates, and get the job done fast and well. We’ve already recommended them to friends.
