Wow! I don’t write many reviews but I had such a great experience with EA Restoration, I want to share my experience with you. Water damage is stressful event and to find a trustworthy contractor in an emergency can be even more stressful! Let me help you make a quick and easy selection! I had a pipe burst in my home and was contacted by Cavin & Craig @ EA Restoration through Thumbtack, along with several other trades people. From the initial response, the level of service that I received from EA Restoration far exceeded my expectations. Such a stressful event for me was turned into quick and easy process by Cavin. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me a fair and transparent bid. Please know that the other 2 restoration companies that came out weren’t even close with the level of service that I got from AE Restoration! The first guy was like a used car salesman (that company had poor reviews and complaints on the AZ ROC and BBB websites) and the others initial cost for comparable work was astronomical! So I did what any reasonable consumer would do, went with the best company! Cavin’s crew got started that same day, a very important step when dealing with water damage. They explained every step before they took it, protected all the areas not affected, kept the work area spotless and did an outstanding job! They were even so nice that my dogs stopped barking at them! So, here I am, at the end of the job and my home is dry, moisture and mold free! I had a 3rd party company come in to certify that their work was done properly and my home is mold free. To have an unrelated company come in and tell me what a great job they did really was the icing on top! By the way, did I mention that this was an out of pocket expense for me because of no insurance, they kept my cost in mind with what we had to do, no hidden fees, charges or surprises… Cavin and Craig are fair, honest, fast and the best of the best for any water damage or restoration work that you need done. Check out their reputation with the Registrar of Contractors and Better Business Bureau and their online reviews….it will take a lot of stress out of a stressful event and decision!
